Built is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant to own the largest and most complex client implementations across technical, organizational, and commercial dimensions. The role advises clients on change management and platform adoption, develops standardized implementation methodologies, leads cross-functional workstreams, resolves high-risk escalations, tracks implementation metrics, mentors implementation managers, and champions AI and tooling adoption. Candidates need 4–7 years of SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery experience, along with expertise in enterprise implementation strategy, change management, construction finance, lending workflows, and enterprise software methodologies. The position offers a base salary of $125,000–$163,000 USD per year plus bonus, medical, dental, and vision coverage, equity, and other benefits.
