Description
The Senior Implementation Engineer (SIE) is assigned to customers after a deal closes and is responsible for enabling successful implementation and adoption of Altium’s Enterprise solutions (AES). The role serves as the post-sale point of contact, guides customers through the engagement process, manages implementation projects, resolves technical and productivity-blocking issues, coordinates with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and R&D, and supports customer retention and expansion. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent degree, at least five years of customer-facing experience in customer success, account management, or electronic design automation, and experience with Altium or other PCB ECAD library or component management tools; PLM expertise is desirable. The position offers an expected annual pay range of $120,000, bonus opportunities, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and other employee benefits.
