Description
Unifize is hiring a Senior Implementation Lead to own complex end-to-end customer implementations for its AI-native product suite used by regulated manufacturing companies. The role focuses on account-level delivery, workflow and solution design, documentation and validation readiness, stakeholder management, mentoring junior implementation staff, and improving implementation scalability through playbooks and standards. The position requires 4+ years in B2B SaaS implementation or solutions, experience with complex software implementations in regulated or process-heavy environments, comfort with low-code/no-code tools, and strong written communication, with US enterprise customer interaction and late-hour working patterns.
