OneTrack is hiring a Senior Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end client journey from contract signature through steady-state value realization. The role leads complex multi-site hardware and SaaS implementations, drives operational outcomes and commercial value, builds a repeatable delivery methodology, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages change across warehouse-floor and executive stakeholders, monitors system performance, and develops junior team members. The position is predominantly based in New York or Chicago, with remote employees also considered, and offers a base compensation range of $145,000 to $165,000 plus performance-based cash bonus and equity awards.
