Description

Launchpad Technologies is hiring a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead software implementation projects for international customers from kickoff through Go-Live and stabilization. The role owns project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, scope changes, stakeholder communication, escalations, and coordination across functional and technical teams. It is a full-time contractor position, 100% remote, with a September 2026 start date and USD 3,800–4,200 monthly compensation.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of project management experience, including substantial software implementation project experience
Project ownership across the implementation lifecycle from planning and kickoff through Go-Live
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders
Customer-facing experience involving status communication, expectation management, difficult conversations, and escalations
Preferred Qualifications: Project management experience in ERP, finance, accounting, enterprise software, or professional services implementations
Familiarity with financial software implementation environments
Experience working with distributed or international delivery teams
PMP, Scrum, Agile, or other project management certifications
