OCLC is hiring a Senior Implementation Project Manager for its Customer Operations division to lead technology projects from initiation through completion for library partners. The role involves workflow analysis, data migration, software integration, implementation-program design, project tracking, satisfaction reporting, and consultative onsite and virtual support. It requires an MLIS, project-management experience, strong communication and critical-thinking skills, and offers a hybrid work environment with three days per week on-site.
