Description
OpenLoop is hiring a Senior Implementation Project Manager to manage a portfolio of concurrent customer implementations and personally lead strategic account implementations from approved solution through launch and stabilization. The role owns project plans, critical paths, forecasts, change control, risks, dependencies, governance, UAT, launch readiness, client communication, and transitions to Customer Success and Support. Candidates need at least five years of project or program management experience in B2B software, healthcare technology, platforms, or technology-enabled services, along with experience managing external customer implementations, multiple concurrent projects, integrated planning, executive governance, and technical delivery dependencies.
