NAVEX is hiring a fixed-term Senior Implementation Specialist to guide customers through the implementation of its integrated risk and compliance management software. The role manages project timelines and deliverables, coordinates internal and external resources, configures customer software, leads virtual meetings and training, maintains project records, and forecasts completion. It is a hybrid position requiring at least two days per week in the NAVEX office and availability during assigned day, swing, or overnight shifts. Candidates need at least three years of experience in customer service, project management, or implementation, along with strong organization, communication, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills. The starting pay is 990,000 INR per annum, with a possible 500 INR/day night-shift differential.
