Interra Health is hiring a Senior Implementation Specialist to serve as the customer-facing implementation lead for newly signed DoseSpot and pVerify customers. The role manages end-to-end onboarding, project plans, product adoption, API integrations, customer communication, cross-functional handoffs, process improvements, and team mentoring. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2–5 years of customer implementation experience in a medical EHR/EMR, practice management, or healthcare SaaS environment, and API customer onboarding experience. The position is remote-first and open to work from anywhere in the United States.
