Description
Interra Health is hiring a Senior Implementation Specialist to serve as the customer-facing implementation lead for newly signed DoseSpot and pVerify customers. The role manages end-to-end onboarding and integration projects, coordinates with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Support, Product, and Engineering, drives product adoption, supports API clients, maintains customer communication, and contributes to process improvement and team mentoring. The position is remote-first and open to work from anywhere in the United States.
