Description
Vic.ai is hiring a Senior Implementations Consultant to lead and scale enterprise customer onboarding and implementation projects. The role owns the customer journey from deal close through adoption, develops implementation frameworks and best practices, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages go-live execution and project risks, and drives change management and customer success. It is a hybrid position based in the Miami, Florida area, requiring 2–3 days per week in the office, and calls for 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in software implementations, preferably in ERP systems.
