Description
IDEO (Shanghai) is hiring a Senior Industrial Designer to create product designs and experiences, generate ideas quickly, and lead clients and teams through the industrial design phase. The role spans user research, brainstorming, concept development, prototyping, engineering collaboration, manufacturing, design stewardship, and field-based user empathy. Candidates should have manufacturing knowledge, engineering-drawing and CMF experience, strong visualization and communication skills, and familiarity with CAD, Solidworks, Rhino, Fusion 360, Keyshot, or Cinema 4D; Adobe Suite, CAD, and Grasshopper experience is a plus.
