Description
Renesas is hiring a Senior Industrial Engineer to improve productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement across its semiconductor backend test operations at the Penang site. The role owns test-floor performance analysis, equipment OEE, shop-floor layout, material flow, factory automation, capacity planning, equipment lifecycle management, audits, benchmarking, and cross-functional issue resolution. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 5–8+ years of semiconductor backend test manufacturing experience, with strong data analysis, Lean/Six Sigma, and automation capabilities.
