AstenJohnson is hiring a full-time Senior Industrial Maintenance & Fabrication Technician in Clinton, South Carolina. The role serves as a technical expert for plant utility systems, including steam boilers, chillers, and hot oil systems; diagnoses complex equipment failures; designs and fabricates custom parts; performs advanced welding and machining; rebuilds motors and pumps; aligns equipment; monitors boiler chemistry; and supports preventive and predictive maintenance. The position requires advanced welding, machining, mechanical troubleshooting, industrial equipment repair, boiler and hot-oil-system knowledge, and the ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
