WSP is hiring a Senior Industrial Structural Engineer for its Resources (Industrial and Mining) group. The role leads multidisciplinary projects, performs structural design calculations and code compliance checks, prepares plans and specifications, makes complex technical decisions, reviews other engineers’ work, mentors staff, and contributes to preliminary studies and conceptual modelling. The position is based in Rouyn-Noranda, Val-d'Or, or Amos and requires a civil or construction engineering bachelor’s degree, at least 12 years of structural project design experience, and membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. Compensation ranges from $103,500 to $151,800 depending on the Canadian province or territory.
