Blackwave is hiring a full-time Senior Industrialization Engineer for its space-manufacturing operations in Garching and Taufkirchen. The role coordinates production engineering across teams, improves manufacturing processes, establishes 5S and serial-production standards, develops fixture and tooling improvements, and supports machine performance and production ramp-ups. Candidates need experience with Lean and continuous-improvement methods, risk management, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional communication, along with fluent German and English. Regular on-site presence at the Garching and Taufkirchen locations is required.
