AlgaeCal is hiring a Senior Influencer and Partnerships Specialist to build and manage a performance-driven influencer and affiliate ecosystem. The role focuses on recruiting and activating creators, affiliates, and healthcare experts; negotiating deals; managing campaigns through launch and reporting; optimizing ROAS, CAC, conversion, and attributed revenue; maintaining tracking and compliance; and coordinating with creative, paid media, analytics, and external partners. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, partnerships, creator growth, or a similar role, with health, wellness, supplements, D2C, eCommerce, or women’s health experience preferred. The position offers a healthcare package, team events, flexible holidays, lunches, casual dress, and a dog-friendly Yaletown office.
