AlgaeCal is hiring a Senior Influencer and Partnerships Specialist to build and manage a performance-driven influencer and affiliate ecosystem. The role focuses on recruiting and activating creators, affiliates, and healthcare experts; negotiating deals; managing campaigns through launch and reporting; optimizing ROAS, CAC, conversion, and attributed revenue; maintaining tracking and compliance; and coordinating with creative, paid media, analytics, and external partners. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of affiliate platforms, analytics, budgeting, and campaign execution.
