CIM Group is seeking a Senior Information Architect to design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and well-documented data models across their $35 billion real estate, infrastructure, and private credit portfolio. The role involves establishing data modeling standards, deploying models across Databricks Lakehouse, integrating with Snowflake and MongoDB, and shaping enterprise data architecture. The architect will collaborate with various business stakeholders to understand data requirements, translate them into robust data models, and ensure alignment with business needs. Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing data models, implementing medallion architecture in Databricks, working with multi-platform data architectures like Snowflake and MongoDB, optimizing performance, collaborating on ETL/ELT pipelines, enforcing data governance, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise in data modeling, particularly in Databricks and Azure platforms, along with excellent business collaboration and communication skills.
