Description
C3EL is seeking a Senior Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to provide on-site cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework sustainment support in Washington, D.C. for a new contract. The role supports Splunk, ServiceNow, ConMon, vulnerability management, POA&M, incident and change coordination, audit and assessment findings, incident response, and government cybersecurity documentation, while serving as a workstream lead and secondary backup for Lead ISSO duties. The position requires U.S. citizenship, eligibility to obtain a Tier 4 High-Risk Public Trust, at least seven years of cybersecurity experience, and at least five years in federal ISSO, ConMon, vulnerability, security operations, or compliance work.
