The role provides first- and second-level IT support, manages incidents and hardware assets, configures and deploys computers and mobile devices, supports Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, virtual machines, document management, remote access, and conference-room technologies, and assists with staff onboarding, offboarding, and training. It requires strong hands-on troubleshooting, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with 5+ years of IT support experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
