Uprite Services is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Analyst – L3 in Houston to combine advanced Level 3 technical support with the planning and delivery of client infrastructure projects. The role resolves complex server, virtualization, networking, storage, Microsoft 365, security, and application issues; leads migrations, modernizations, upgrades, and automation initiatives; mentors lower-tier technicians; and participates in on-call rotations and service-desk support. The position requires an associate’s degree in IT or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of information technology experience, at least 4 years of end-user support experience, a valid Texas driver’s license and insurance, and occasional client-site travel.
