Strategic Healthcare Programs is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Infrastructure & Systems Engineer in Santa Barbara, California. The role supports the reliability, security, and performance of primarily on-premises enterprise infrastructure, including VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, identity management, monitoring, SIEM, compliance, audits, and infrastructure projects. The engineer will also mentor junior staff and participate in on-call rotation. A bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent experience and 5–8+ years of enterprise infrastructure or systems engineering experience are required; the salary is $125,000–$165,000 annually.
