New Era Technology is hiring a Senior Infrastructure and Voice Engineer for a Monday–Friday, full-time role with hybrid options. The position provides Level 3 technical escalation and troubleshooting across infrastructure, networking, cloud, datacentre, carrier, and UC/VoIP environments; designs and supports SIP-based telephony, Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, and cloud communication solutions; monitors client environments and SLAs; and mentors junior engineers. Candidates need at least five years of experience in a similar role, relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications, and hands-on expertise with technologies including Cisco IOS, FortiOS, Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, SAN storage, scripting, databases, backup solutions, web services, remote access, and SSL certificates.
