Description
Ema is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to own backend infrastructure end to end for its enterprise AI platform. The role designs and operates multi-tenant microservices on Kubernetes across GCP, Azure, and AWS; builds platform components in Golang and Python; manages service communication, reliability, observability, DevOps, performance, and cost; and leads incident response. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, at least five years of platform, infrastructure, or backend engineering experience, and strong expertise in distributed systems, databases, cloud platforms, and related technologies.
