New Era Technology is hiring a remote Senior Infrastructure Engineer to provide enterprise server, storage, network, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure support. The role includes administering Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Azure AD, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery systems; troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues; monitoring service levels; maintaining documentation; supporting on-call rotations; and contributing to automation and process improvements. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on enterprise infrastructure experience, preferably in an MSP environment, along with expertise in the listed technologies and scripting skills.
