Phoenix Group of Virginia is hiring a Senior Facilities & Infrastructure Analyst to support Navy Quality of Service initiatives for facilities, infrastructure, and aircraft-carrier support in the Newport News/Hampton Roads region. The role independently plans, analyzes, coordinates, and executes projects involving industrial facilities, waterfront infrastructure, utilities, storage, security, and shipyard support areas; conducts site assessments; develops engineering and cost documentation; identifies risks and opportunities; and prepares executive-level recommendations. The position requires on-site work in shipyard and waterfront environments, a high school diploma or equivalent, substantial relevant project experience, strong analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense SECRET clearance.
