Description
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer designs and leads customer infrastructure solutions, develops implementation and deployment plans, reviews and approves mid-level engineer work, mentors junior engineers, and collaborates with customers and project managers. The role requires at least seven years of experience in an MSP, VAR, ISP, NOC, or enterprise IT environment, extensive Dell/EMC storage and virtualization experience, networking and infrastructure troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel up to 45% for customer-site implementation. Compensation is based on the Canadian base salary range and may include performance-based incentive compensation.
