Description
The Infrastructure Engineer will build and manage scalable backend systems supporting Dropbox's metadata, data-fabric, analytics, and global infrastructure. Responsibilities include handling billions of files and petabytes of data, supporting millions of concurrent connections, improving interoperability, reliability, security, and performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires a degree in computer science or a related technical field, at least 9 years of professional software development experience, and expertise in multi-threaded, geographically dispersed backend systems and languages such as Python, Go, C/C++, or Java. On-call work may be required.
