Description
The employer is hiring a Senior Work Planner to prepare and coordinate complex underground infrastructure projects in the Utrecht region. The role covers project preparation, schedules, documentation, permits, procurement, progress, budgets, contracts, risk management, and guidance of junior and mid-level planners. Candidates need an MBO+ or HBO qualification in civil, infrastructure, or electrical engineering, at least seven years of infrastructure work-planning experience, and strong planning, organizational, financial, technical, communication, and Dutch-language skills.
