Equitable is hiring a Senior Innovation Analyst for its Design Thinking team within the Innovation & Design Office. The role focuses on planning and facilitating Design Thinking and process re-engineering workshops, leading discovery and research, documenting process flows, creating training materials, and supporting cross-functional innovation initiatives in a hybrid schedule with on-site presence 2–3 days per week. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 3+ years facilitating innovation workshops, 2+ years of business analyst experience, and experience with collaboration tools, process mapping, Agile delivery, and presentation software. The job is based in the United States, with primary location in Syracuse, New York and additional locations in New York, New York and Charlotte, North Carolina.
