Description
Digital Catapult is hiring a Senior Innovation Manager to lead concurrent innovation, R&D, and accelerator programmes across UKDTC, including academic and industry accelerators and technology access programmes. The role coordinates multidisciplinary teams, applies Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Agile methodologies, manages risks and escalations, engages industry, academic and government partners, mentors junior staff, and reports programme progress to funders and stakeholders. It is a leadership role without direct line management authority, with hybrid working and a salary of £48,000–£52,000 per annum.
