CAI is hiring a full-time Senior Instructional Design and Learning Experience Developer for a hybrid role in Mandaluyong City. The position designs, develops, publishes, tests, and improves digital learning experiences for enterprise systems, digital transformation, and capability-building initiatives. Responsibilities include creating eLearning modules, simulations, videos, job aids, and blended materials; configuring Cornerstone or other LMS platforms; conducting learning needs analysis; coordinating with stakeholders; and evaluating learner effectiveness. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of professional experience including five years in instructional design or related digital learning, advanced proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, video tools, Microsoft Office, and LMS platforms, and experience with SCORM or xAPI-compliant packages.
