Description
Synthesia is hiring a Senior Instructional Designer to own customer-facing learning needs analysis and end-to-end learning design, including courses, certifications, learning paths, live sessions, and design artefacts. The role collaborates with Product, Customer Support, and Marketing; hands off designs to Knowledge & Enablement Specialists; contributes to development; builds and iterates agentic AI workflows; and facilitates customer sessions and public talks. Candidates must have senior instructional design experience, a portfolio of customer-facing learning experiences, facilitation and speaking experience, hands-on AI workflow experience, and cross-functional experience. The role is based in New York City or Austin with a hybrid schedule of approximately two office days per week and offers $115,000–$135,000 OTE plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
