Infopro Learning is hiring a full-time Senior Instructional Designer for a fully onsite role in Noida, open to India-based candidates. The position owns the full design cycle for complex learning solutions for Fortune 500 clients, including solution design, Storyline or Rise storyboarding, SME feedback, QA, AI-assisted workflows, and needs analysis. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, 4–7 years of instructional design and learning development experience, strong eLearning and accessibility skills, and the ability to work independently with stakeholders.
