The role covers instructional analysis, ADDIE-based design, e-learning content development, LMS testing, and evaluation, using tools such as Blackboard, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate. Candidates must hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, with a counterintelligence polygraph preferred, and meet either a relevant master’s degree plus six years of experience or extensive relevant instructional design experience. The position is full-time and on-site in Washington, DC, with no routine travel, and offers a salary of $130,000–$140,000 annually.
