Description
The Ontario Medical Association is hiring a Physician Insurance Business Development Manager to build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare centres, hospitals, clinics, and other business partners. The role advises physicians on insurance needs, retirement goals, coverage gaps, and OMA Insurance and retirement products; presents solutions at events; supports training initiatives; and maintains regulatory and compliance knowledge. It requires a relevant university degree, six to nine years of experience advising high-net-worth clients, LLQP designation, and experience with Salesforce CRM or a similar platform. The position is hybrid, requires quarterly or as-needed travel to the Toronto head office and regional healthcare sites, and offers a hiring salary range of $92,835-$98,640 plus pension and bonus benefits.
