Description
The Senior Insurance Manager will own Destinus’s global insurance portfolio and lead strategy, governance, renewals, claims, broker and carrier relationships, risk assessment, coverage adequacy, budgeting, contract support, compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management integration. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of corporate insurance, risk management, or broker/carrier experience, strong knowledge of commercial insurance lines, negotiation experience, familiarity with international insurance requirements, and strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
