Endurance Energy is hiring a Senior Integration & Test Engineer to own complex integration and test campaigns for mechanical, electrical, fluid, controls, and subsea systems. The role develops test architectures and tooling, leads hazardous testing and hardware qualification, debugs failures, improves reliability, supports field deployments and commissioning, and works hands-on across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and offshore teams. Candidates need at least seven years of experience in integration, test, manufacturing, reliability, or systems engineering involving complex hardware, along with strong troubleshooting, systems thinking, documentation, and travel capabilities.
