Description
The Senior Consultant will lead and coordinate complex organizational integration work in Stockholm on a hybrid basis. The role establishes governance and working plans, leads cross-functional teams, manages dependencies and risks, supports steering-committee decision-making, and ensures business continuity during the integration phase. Candidates need extensive experience leading complex projects or programs, integration or major organizational-change projects, steering-committee work, and fluent Swedish.
