The role focuses on big-data and failure analysis, improving product performance through collaboration with hardware, thermal, process, mechanical, and reliability teams, leading cross-functional task forces, and designing product test plans. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of industry experience, strong statistics and big-data analysis skills, electronic-circuit knowledge, software and scripting abilities, and strong communication and problem-solving skills; optical networking, physical-layer verification, and AI-driven data analysis are advantageous.
