The role includes mentoring younger staff, setting design concepts and material palettes, preparing proposals and contracts, and using Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and 3D rendering tools. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in interior design or interior architecture, at least 10 years of commercial design experience with education expertise, and strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
