Description
The Senior Interior Designer leads large and complex interior design projects from concept through construction documentation and administration, overseeing design quality, multidisciplinary coordination, technical solutions, budgets, schedules, and project delivery. The role is client-facing, supports business development, mentors Architectural and Interior Designers, and works remotely while collaborating with the Design Studio and project teams across multiple markets. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interior Design, 10–15+ years of relevant experience, proficiency with Revit and related design tools, knowledge of building codes and construction systems, and leadership of complex projects; NCIDQ certification and LEED or similar certifications are preferred.
