Elements is hiring a Senior Designer for its Slate studio to lead commercial furniture design projects from concept through completion. The role partners with clients and internal teams, develops space plans and furniture specifications, prepares installation documentation, coordinates vendors and manufacturers, presents design solutions, and mentors junior designers. It is based in Fort Collins or Denver, Colorado, with regular in-office presence and local travel, and offers $65,000–$85,000 annually plus health, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
