DLR Group is hiring a Senior Interior Designer focused on educational projects in San Diego, California. The role leads conceptual design, program development, space planning, construction documents, design details, materials and FF&E selection, presentations, client relationships, project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance. It also mentors junior staff and contributes to business development and sector-specific tools. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, at least eight years of professional Interior Design experience, professional licensure, Revit and Bluebeam proficiency, and strong communication and leadership skills. LEED AP or other green certifications are preferred.
