The role leads project design teams, manages complex retail projects through programming, schematic and design development, construction documents, FF&E specification, client presentations, and construction administration, while maintaining client relationships and coordinating consultants, contractors, and vendors. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture, at least 8 years of architecture-related experience, and advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop, Revit, and Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.
