Description
Ford is hiring an Interior Systems Engineer to develop and release vehicle cabin systems, including hard trim requirements, 3D geometry, crash-load concepts, GD&T fit and finish, materials, manufacturing feasibility, and cross-functional design support. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree or equivalent, at least five years of interior subsystem design experience, CAD proficiency, team-lead experience, and production-release experience. It is a hybrid position with possible onsite work and offers salary grades 7 and 8 ranging from $118,700 to $232,700, plus medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, and other benefits.
