Description
Nexamp is hiring a Senior Internal Auditor to conduct ongoing audits of Inflation Reduction Act projects and support the tax equity process. The role reviews certified payroll, fringe benefits, apprenticeship, prevailing wage, Davis-Bacon, domestic content, and other labor-compliance documentation; investigates noncompliance issues; calculates underpayments and penalties; maintains audit-ready processes; and reports on risks and compliance metrics. The position is based in the Washington DC Office on a hybrid schedule and reports to the Director, Labor Compliance. Candidates need at least three years of relevant compliance or auditing experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools. The estimated base salary is $85,000–$95,000, with health, dental, and vision insurance starting day one.
