Description
Bitpanda is hiring an Internal Audit Manager to lead and support end-to-end internal audits across operational, financial, and regulatory processes in the DACH region, transition outsourced audit programs into in-house operations, evaluate internal controls, collaborate with compliance, risk, operations, and product teams, and provide pre-launch audit feedback. The role also supports audit strategy, risk-based planning, and data analytics. Candidates need at least three years of audit experience in Big Four, professional services, banking, fintech, or financial services, practical knowledge of EU/DACH financial regulations, a relevant degree, and professional German and English proficiency. The position offers a hybrid working model and additional paid time off.
