Compass Group is hiring a Senior Internal Auditor for a remote role with a salary of $85,000–$100,000. The position leads primarily financial audits and also performs operational, compliance, and special reviews; assesses risks, controls, and systems; uses data analytics and AI tools; develops findings and recommendations; and monitors remediation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least three years of relevant experience, strong Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 skills, and willingness to travel up to 30% within the United States. CPA, CIA, or CFE certifications are a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.
